Shipping Costs
Orders over €500: Free standard delivery (France only)
Orders under €500: Flat shipping rate based on weight and destination
International shipping costs calculated at checkout

Processing Time
In-stock items: shipped within 24 to 48 business hours
Special orders or bulky products: up to 5 business days

France: 2 to 5 business days
EU countries: 3 to 7 business days
Outside EU: 5 to 12 business days (subject to customs delays)
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any product that does not meet your expectations, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
Include proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
Return Procedure
Contact our customer service at contact@aprosol.fr to request a return authorization.
Ship the product to the address provided with the return instructions.
Once inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item: APROSOL covers all return costs
For all other reasons: return shipping is at the customer’s expense
💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: up to 7 business days after receipt of returned goods
In case of partial return, the original shipping fees are not refunded

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
Take clear photos of the package and product
Notify us within 48 hours at contact@aprosol.fr
We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately
If your package is lost, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
