Refund Process

At APROSOL, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to offering a simple, transparent, and fast refund process for any product returned under our return policy. This guide explains when and how refunds are issued and what to expect.
🔄 When Are Refunds Issued?

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

You return a product within the 14-day return period

The item was damaged during delivery

You received the wrong product

The product is defective or not functioning upon arrival

All refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at checkout:

PayPal

Bank transfer (where applicable)

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process your refund within 5 to 7 business days

Bank Processing: Additional 2 to 5 business days may be required by your bank or credit card company

📋 Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

The product must be returned in its original condition

The item must be unused and undamaged

All original packaging and accessories must be included

You must include the original invoice or proof of purchase

🛑 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

The item is used or damaged by the customer

The return request is made after 14 days

The item is customized or made-to-order

The product was not purchased from APROSOL directly

📦 How to Request a Refund

Our support team will confirm if the item qualifies for a refund

Return the product to the address provided with a tracking number

Once the item is inspected, we’ll process your refund

❗ Important Notes

Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item)

If you return part of an order, the original shipping fee is not refunded

In case of lost or untracked returns, APROSOL cannot issue a refund
