1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern all orders placed on the website www.aprosol.fr. By placing an order, the customer fully agrees to these Terms.

3. Products
All product listings, descriptions, and images are provided with the highest level of accuracy. However, APROSOL reserves the right to modify specifications or availability without notice. Product photos are non-contractual.
4. Prices
All prices are listed in Euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT).
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
APROSOL reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
5. Orders
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received in full.
APROSOL reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of payment issues or abnormal ordering behavior.
6. Payment
Accepted payment methods:
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Bank transfer
Payments are secured through an encrypted SSL connection. No banking information is stored on our servers.
7. Delivery
Shipping is available in mainland France and select European countries.
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.
Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Delays due to external logistics (strikes, weather, etc.) are not APROSOL’s responsibility.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code and EU e-commerce law, customers have 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To return a product:

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.
9. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all outboard motors and accessories sold by APROSOL are covered by a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty, valid throughout the European Union.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance is not covered.
10. Liability
APROSOL is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of use, or commercial disruption caused by product malfunction or delay in delivery.
11. Personal Data
Customer data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court of Colmar (France), unless otherwise mandated by consumer law.
